LeazeSure

LeazeSure is a property management platform that allows landlords and tenants to communicate as well as facilitating every aspect of property managements in a secure and trustworthy manner.

I began by sketching out some basic logo designs using elements from the mood board I created. The logo is meant to convey trust and security and so taking inspiration from password managers and authenticator apps we landed on the shield motif. LeazeSure deals with properties and its main customers are landlords who own homes that they rent out for their tenants to live in so we decided to connect the logo to that with the house that surrounds the document that represents the contracts each party signs when renting. The checkmark is supposed to show that LeazeSure does things correctly and can be trusted to handle a critical portion of a landlords business, but also a tenants roof over their head. The tagline comes from the description of the company that the client gave me and it just jumped out at me as a saying that tells the story of what LeazeSure does.
